The Personnel Office is responsible for dealing with personnel matters in the Institute of Technology. The Personnel Office deals with all matters of personnel management for some 420 staff employed in the institutions of the Institute of Technology. A major responsibility is ensuring the Institute of Technology meets its social and legal responsibilities towards its employees with regards to terms and conditions of employment, quality of working life, the promotion of a healthy and safe working environment and systems of work, and equal opportunities for all.
